fix(Calendar): treat unpickable adjacent-month days as disabled filler (#1450)

In day selection the days of an adjacent month cannot be picked without
selectAdjacentDays, yet a screen reader read them as ordinary dates, and
the copy of a picked date among them was aria-selected, so a range picker
could reopen on it. Such a day now carries aria-disabled="true" and no
aria-selected, and renderDayCell gets isDisabled: true and isSelected:
false for it; the same date in the next panel of a two-month calendar
stays pickable and selected there. This replaces the choice made in #1393
to leave adjacent days unmarked. Week selection is unchanged, since the
row is what gets picked.

The change adds 16-78 B to the bundles (gzip, against v6-dev), which
takes coreui.bundle.js over its ceiling, so it goes up by 0.25 kB.
