feat(Calendar): name day cells with the weekday and give renderers the full name (#1442)

Day cells were named with the short numeric date (8/12/2026). They now
announce the full date with the weekday, "Wednesday, August 12, 2026", in
the locale's words and digits. In week selection the row that takes focus
is named by the days it spans, "August 10 – 16, 2026", instead of reading
out seven dates.

A cell drawn by a render function no longer gets an aria-label that
replaces its content, so what the renderer draws is what a screen reader
reads. Every cell renderer receives the full name as meta.label
("August 2026", "Q3 2026", "2026" in the other views), and the pricing
example puts it in a visually hidden span next to the day number. The
names come from the new formatCellName and formatWeekName utils, which the
React and Vue calendars use as well.

The change adds 132-142 B to the minified bundles and 380-438 B to the
others (gzip, against v6-dev). coreui.js, coreui.esm.min.js and
coreui.bundle.js go over their ceilings and coreui.min.js is left 30 B
under, so those four go up by 0.25 kB.
