* fix(Calendar): write non-Gregorian locales in the Gregorian calendar

The calendar grid is Gregorian, but every date was formatted in the locale's own calendar, so fa-IR showed September 1, 2026 as ۱۰ (the 10th of Shahrivar 1405), headed the page Shahrivar 1405 and named the January cell Dey; an Islamic, Hebrew or Chinese calendar asked for with -u-ca- did the same. A new createDateTimeFormat util formats in the Gregorian calendar, keeping the locale's language and digits, when the locale's calendar does not share the Gregorian months, and the date formatter, the month names and the years range go through it; Buddhist, Japanese and Republic of China calendars keep their year numbering, and an explicit calendar option is kept. The date field, which holds Gregorian numbers, now lays out its sections, names its months and learns its parsing pattern in the Gregorian calendar for every locale, so it no longer puts the locale's era in front of a Gregorian year (H2026, 民國2026) or misreads the dates it shows. The Persian examples carry dir=rtl, and they and the migration guide say what changes.

Formatting non-Gregorian locales in the Gregorian calendar, with the util's
JSDoc and the Gregorian date field and parsing, adds 300 B to coreui.js,
319 B to coreui.esm.js, 304 B to coreui.bundle.js and 111 B to
coreui.bundle.min.js (gzip-size, both sides built from v6-dev at d30835ac2).
v6-dev had 47, 312, 68 and 138 B left, so the three unminified ceilings go up
by 0.5 KB and coreui.bundle.min.js by 0.25 KB.
