test(builtin): pin BytesView lexical_compare first-byte probes and tail

Deterministic cases for inputs >= 16 bytes that differ at byte 0, byte 1
and past the last 16-byte block, in both directions and through offset
views; \x80 vs \x7f pins unsigned order. Previously only QuickCheck in
@bytes reached the native/wasm probes.
Codex review: "No blocking issues found. The rewrites preserve exact
results and unsigned ordering; no eligible loop was missed." Follow-up on
this test: "Approved. The test closes the earlier coverage caveat."
