fix(Calendar): turn the years view by the twelve years it shows (#1435)

The double arrows and Page Down / Page Up moved the years view by ten years while a page shows twelve, so every turn repeated two years of the previous page (2020–2031, then 2030–2041). They now turn by YEARS_PER_PAGE, the page size getYears builds the view with and the one the arrow keys already used, as a literal, to reveal a year off the page; the second panel, the view edge and Home / End read it too.
