* fix(Calendar): name the years page as a range in the navigation

In the years view the navigation showed the one year the page is built around, so paging by a decade announced a year that was neither on the edge of the page nor necessarily the picked one, while the grid showed twelve. The navigation now names the page as a range, and the grid label writes the same range through formatYearsRange, built on Intl.DateTimeFormat#formatRangeToParts, so both follow the locale's digits and calendar (the grid label used to be Gregorian Latin digits in every locale). A range whose connective is written right to left, like the Persian one, is wrapped in a right-to-left isolate so it reads in order inside a left-to-right calendar.

Naming the years page as a range, with its right-to-left isolate, the year-safe
dates and the util's JSDoc, adds 268 B to coreui.js, 249 B to coreui.esm.js,
204 B to coreui.bundle.js and 172 B to coreui.min.js (gzip-size, both sides
built from v6-dev at 1e00654be). v6-dev had 186, 234, 200 and 40 B left under
the old ceilings, so each of the four goes up by 0.5 KB.
