* fix(Calendar): keep focus in the calendar when it renders again

_updateCalendar() rewrites the grid and the navigation buttons, so a cell or
button that had focus was removed and focus fell to the body: after
refresh(), which the pricing example calls after every page turn, after
setConfig(), and after the month button, which the months view does not
have. The calendar now remembers what inside it had focus and, when the
render left focus on the body, focuses the same date (the in-month cell when
it also shows as an adjacent day), the same button in the same panel, the
month the panel showed for the month button, or else the calendar's tab
stop, without scrolling the page. Focus that moved outside the calendar is
left alone. The methods table documents refresh().

Restoring focus after the calendar renders again adds 275 B to coreui.js,
269 B to coreui.esm.js and 281 B to coreui.bundle.js (gzip -9, both sides
built from v6-dev at 012b2ec05). v6-dev had 80, 110 and 150 B left under the
old ceilings, so each goes up by 0.5 KB, leaving about 0.3 KB of headroom.
