refactor: deprecate inherent from_json on List and immut SortedMap/SortedSet

AGENTS.md: `@json.FromJson` is never promoted to an inherent method;
callers use the free function `@json.from_json`. `List::from_json`,
`@immut/sorted_map.SortedMap::from_json` and
`@immut/sorted_set.SortedSet::from_json` were the only three
`::from_json` methods in core (hand-written wrappers, so the extends.mbt
policy did not catch them), each also exposed as a free function
(`@list.from_json`, ...). Deprecate both forms, move them to each
package's deprecated.mbt, and migrate in-repo callers to
`@json.from_json`.

Part of #4272.
Codex review: "Approved. All three wrappers preserve their signatures and
behavior; both method and free-function forms are deprecated with
accurate guidance."
