fix(Calendar): move Home and End to the edges of the week, the month and the row (#1422)

Home and End moved the focus to the first and last selectable cell of
the grid row, so in the first and last week of a month they stopped at
the edge of the month, and on week rows they did nothing. They now go
by date in getCalendarKeyAction: in the days view to the first and last
selectable day of the week, paging the calendar when that day is out of
view; with week rows to the first and last week of the month the panel
shows, staying in that panel; in the months and years views to the
first and last cell of the row, and in the quarters view to the first
and last quarter. A disabled date gives way to the nearest selectable
one toward the focus, and the focus never moves back past itself, so a
week row below the last week of the month stays where it is. The key
context gains the index of the panel that holds the focus, and the
calendar's own Home and End handling goes.

The keys now take the date from the day cell or week row that holds
the event rather than from the focused element, so a link that
renderDayCell puts in a cell no longer sends the arrows, Page Up / Page
Down or Home / End to 1970. The keyboard tables of the calendar and
date picker pages, and the notes on the period views and week rows,
say so.
