GpgIdGeneration::parse: take each header line in a helper (#1924)

CodeFactor still scored parse() at 17 (lizard 14): the per-line
generation/folder/unknown branches sat inside the loop. They move to a
file-local takeHeaderLine() that returns the complaint, empty when the
line was taken. Same checks in the same order, same strings and
translation context; parse() is now 9, the helper 7.
