* Hidden menu bar: Alt shows it, and the tray menu can turn it on

With the bar off (the default) Ctrl+M was the only way back, and nothing
on screen said so once #1921 moved the checkbox out of the settings
dialog.

- Alt shows the bar while it is hidden, so Alt+F and the other mnemonics
  open their menus. A lone tap leaves it up until Alt is tapped again,
  Escape, a click in the window or focus loss; it also goes after a menu
  closes and after an Alt shortcut that was not a menu. The stored choice
  is not touched; checking Settings > Show menu bar during a peek keeps
  the bar. MenuBarPeek, an application event filter, does this so
  MainWindow only constructs it.
- The tray menu carries the window's own "Show menu bar" action above
  Quit (TrayIcon::addToggle), so its check mark is the same in both.

Neither applies on macOS, where the bar is the system's. No new strings.
