tests: one no-op Pass, one retry macro, one gpg listing (#1919)

Four suites each stubbed every pure virtual of Pass to fake a backend, three
carried their own copy of a QTRY-that-returns macro (two of them failing
silently, one with a fixed message that did not say what was waited for),
and two carried the same two-key gpg listing. tests/auto/testpass.h has
NullPass to derive from, the macro (which now reports the expression that
timed out), and the listing. A new pure virtual in Pass is one edit instead
of four.
