refactor(DateRangeInput): one path for the start and end fields (#1414)

The start and end fields were each built by a copy of the same block (find the
author's element or create one, mark it, wrap it in a control-group field),
the separator by a third variant of it, and dispose kept one flag per part to
know what to remove. A field now comes from _createField, the separator marks
and appends itself in _createSeparator, and whatever the component built goes
into one list that dispose removes. A spec now checks that dispose also
removes the floating-label wrappers the fields sit in.
