fix(pickers): name what the picker button opens (#1367)

The date-time picker's toggle said "Toggle the calendar" while its
popup holds a calendar and the time rolls, so the name understated
what opens. Autocomplete and multi-select said "Toggle visibility of
options menu" for a popup whose role is listbox, so the name and what
a screen reader announces on entering it disagreed.

Each toggle now names what it opens: "Toggle calendar", "Toggle time
selection", "Toggle calendar and time selection" and "Toggle options
list", matching the cleaner names next to them.

The six specs now assert the name on the toggle the component builds,
which only the date picker covered before: reverting one default fails
exactly one test.
