fix(pickers): name what the cleaner button clears (#1366)

All four pickers labelled the cleaner "Clear the value", which names
nothing, and in the range picker it is wrong as well: one button empties
both fields, and those fields are deliberately named apart as "Start
date" and "End date". A date picker next to a time picker gave both
clear buttons the same name.

The label now carries the data it clears: "Clear date", "Clear time",
"Clear date and time" and "Clear date range", which is the shape the
rest of the library already uses ("Clear selection", "Clear all
selections", "Clear filters and sorting"). Two pickers of the same type
still share a name; a page that needs them told apart sets
ariaCleanerLabel per instance.

Each picker spec now asserts the name on the cleaner the component
builds, which nothing covered before: reverting one default fails
exactly one test.
