fix(build): stamp the JS dist with the PRO license, not MIT (#1316)

Every file `npm run js` emits carried `CoreUI … Licensed under MIT
(https://github.com/coreui/coreui/blob/main/LICENSE)`, so the commercial
package shipped marked as the free one and pointed at the free repo's licence
file. The SCSS pipeline already stamps `CoreUI PRO … License
(https://coreui.io/pro/license/)` from `scss/_banner.scss`; the JS banner now
says the same thing, so both halves of a release describe the same product.

The two entry points carried the same claim in their own headers, and
`index.umd.js` carried it twice over from an old search and replace
(`Licensed under MIT (Licensed under MIT (https://coreui.io/pro/license/)`),
which shipped verbatim inside every unminified bundle. Both now read like the
rest of the PRO sources, and `index.umd.js` no longer names itself
`index.esm.js`.
