Release v1.8.1 (#1749)

* Replace the copy destination atomically instead of removing it first

A forced copy removed the existing entry and then ran QFile::copy; a copy
that failed after the remove (disk full, permissions, vanished source)
left the destination gone. Copy the bytes through QSaveFile, which
commits by renaming a temporary sibling over the target, so an existing
entry is either replaced whole or untouched. Source permissions are
carried over as QFile::copy did.

QFile::copy also refused an existing target, which covered the case
resolveMoveDestination cannot see: a folder destination whose resolved
<folder>/<entry>.gpg already exists. Check that explicitly now, and test
it.
