Release v1.8.0 (#1664)

* Release v1.8.0: version bump and changelog

- qtpass.pri, qtpass.spec (+ %changelog entry), qtpass.iss, Doxyfile,
  qtpass.appdata.xml <release> entry -> 1.8.0
- CHANGELOG.md: [Unreleased] becomes [1.8.0] with the full cycle since
  v1.7.0 grouped as features, upgrade notes (OTP on by default, unsigned
  macOS/Windows artifacts, locale renames), security, bug fixes, code
  quality, tests, localization, build/CI. Also fixes the Import-key PR
  reference (#1170, not #1517).

Date placeholder 2026-09-13; adjust at merge time.
