refactor(pickers, Autocomplete)!: enable them with a bare data attribute (#1265)

All five mount on an element that does nothing until the plugin has built the
component: the pickers on an empty `<div>`, Autocomplete on the container it
fills with a field and a panel. `data-coreui-toggle` belongs on a control the
user activates — a button, a link, an input that opens something — so it was
claiming a behaviour these elements do not have before initialisation.

They now answer to `data-coreui-date-picker`, `-date-range-picker`,
`-date-time-picker`, `-time-picker` and `-autocomplete`.

The migration guide gains one entry for the whole rule, with the full renaming
table, rather than a bullet per component.
