refactor(data-api)!: the remaining plugins are enabled with a bare attribute (#1266)

Calendar, List Box, Number Input, Password Input, Range Slider, Rating,
Stepper and Transfer all mount on markup the plugin builds inside or around —
a `<div>`, a `.list-box`, an `<input>` that gains buttons. None of them is a
control the user activates, so none of them keeps `data-coreui-toggle`.

Password Strength looked for its paired field by that attribute too, and now
looks for `input[data-coreui-password-input]`.

The sidebar navigation read `[data-coreui-navigation], [data-coreui="navigation"]`
— two attributes for one job, the second a v4-era spelling the v5 docs already
described as compatibility only. It is gone, and so is the test that covered
it, which had become a copy of the one next to it.
