fix(frontend-api): clean up v2 token clients

## Summary

- normalize full v2 API token credentials to their selector before
cleaning up cached Frontend API clients
- mirror the existing project-level API token deletion behavior
- cover full-credential deletion and selector-based cleanup with a
regression test

## Test plan

- `pnpm --dir oss exec vitest run
src/test/e2e/api/admin/api-token-v2.e2e.test.ts`
