fix(scss): read optional tokens with a fallback, drop two knobs that never emitted (#1169)

Sass knobs defaulting to `null` emit no token, yet eight rules read them
with a bare `var()`. The declaration is invalid at computed-value time and
the property silently falls back to its inherited or initial value, which
DevTools shows as a struck-through line.

Knobs someone may set keep working and now read with a fallback:
`--cui-nav-link-font-size` / `-font-weight` (`inherit`),
`--cui-modal-footer-bg` (`transparent`), `--cui-form-feedback-font-style` and
`--cui-form-feedback-tooltip-line-height` (`inherit`).

Two knobs nobody sets are removed with their chains: `$body-text-align`
(`text-align` on `body`) and `$input-btn-font-family`, which fed
`--cui-btn-input-font-family` → `--cui-btn-font-family`,
`--cui-control-font-family`, `--cui-search-button-font-family` and a
`font-family` on every button and control. Buttons and controls inherit the
body font as before.

Sorted-CSS diff: five reads gain a fallback, eight invalid declarations
disappear; no computed value changes.
