fix(forms): let the disabled control follow the control's own colour tokens (#1170)

`--cui-control-disabled-color` pointed at `--cui-fg-body` and
`--cui-control-disabled-border-color` at `--cui-border-color`, so a form
that overrode `--cui-control-color` or `--cui-control-border-color` got the
new values on active fields and the page defaults back on disabled ones.

Both now read the control's tokens (`--cui-control-color`,
`--cui-control-border-color`), declared in the same map on the same
element. Defaults resolve to the same colours as before; only overrides now
reach the disabled state. `--cui-control-disabled-bg` stays on `bg-2` on
purpose: a disabled field greys out regardless of its active background.
