fix(scss): drop or wire up five tokens that nothing read (#1168)

Compiled CSS declared five `--cui-*` tokens that no rule ever read:

- `--cui-dropdown-inner-border-radius`: its only reader sat behind
  `@if $dropdown-padding-y == 0`, which is never true. The variable, the
  token and the dead branch are removed.
- `--cui-switch-active-filter`: the switch had no `:active` rule at all,
  while check and radio dim through their own `*-active-filter`. The switch
  now gets the same `:active { filter }`.
- `--cui-stepper-step-indicator-active-bg`: the `.active` step computed the
  background inline instead of reading the token, so overriding it did
  nothing. The token now carries the `--cui-theme-bg` mix and the rule
  reads it.
- `--cui-calendar-cell-range-hover-bg`: the range hover state draws dashed
  borders, not a background. Removed.
- `--cui-menu-spacer`: never read. Removed.

Migration guide lists the removed Sass variables and tokens.
