fix(scss): derive inner border radius from the component tokens (#1167)

`$card-inner-border-radius`, `$popover-inner-border-radius`,
`$modal-content-inner-border-radius` and `$dropdown-inner-border-radius`
interpolated the Sass value of the outer radius, so the emitted token read
`calc(var(--cui-radius-7) - var(--cui-border-width))`. Overriding
`--cui-card-border-radius` (or the border width) at runtime left the header,
footer and image corners on the compiled value.

The inner radius now reads the component's own tokens:
`calc(var(--cui-card-border-radius) - var(--cui-card-border-width))`, the way
accordion and toast already compute theirs. Sorted-CSS diff: exactly the four
token declarations change.
