* feat(colors): spread the light band of every colour scale

$color-tints is 94/90/80/60/40/20 % of white for 025-400 and $color-shades
16/32/48/64/70/76 % of black for 600-975; $gray is oklch(60% 0.02 245).
Measured against white, gray-100 reads 1.27:1 (was 1.10), gray-200 1.63
(1.21), gray-300 2.14 (1.34), gray-400 2.87 (1.49); gray-600 and below stay
within a step. Everything reading a light stop moves with it: bg-1..4,
border-color, theme-secondary, the -bg-subtle and -border slots. A plain
badge (bg-2) and a secondary button were near-invisible on a white page.

--cui-border-color-translucent is color-mix(in oklch, var(--cui-fg-body)
15%, transparent) for both schemes; the darker gray-300 could no longer be
reproduced at alpha .175 and the function had no other caller, so
color-translucent() is removed with its spec. Visual baselines regenerated
(31 screenshots); migration and customize/color updated.

* test(visual): refresh the Linux baselines for the new colour scale

Taken from the CI artifact of the run that judges them; --update writes
only the running platform's files.
