docs(Backdrop): add the helper page (#1125)

The backdrop presets from #1124 shipped without a page of their own: the
classes were listed in a table under customize/components and mentioned
on the dialog and drawer pages. Every helper has a page under helpers/,
so this adds helpers/backdrop with the four examples (translucent dialog,
dark drawer, no backdrop, custom tokens), the root tokens, the helper
rules themselves (new scss-docs capture backdrop-presets) and the Sass
knobs. The customize page keeps the token explanation and links to the
helper; the dialog and drawer pages link there instead of the anchor.
