* feat(scss)!: one backdrop model for the dialog and the drawer

The two overlays painted their ::backdrop from two unrelated recipes
(a light-dark() pair of black rgb() values, a color-mix of the page
colour), so switching a drawer to the dialog's dark scrim meant
rewriting a whole expression. :root emits --cui-backdrop-color,
--cui-backdrop-opacity (65% in the dark scheme) and --cui-backdrop-blur;
each component mixes them in its own backdrop token, the drawer
overriding colour and opacity for its translucent look. Three helper
presets - .backdrop-scrim, .backdrop-translucent, .backdrop-none - pick
a look from the markup. A backdrop-transitions() mixin replaces the
duplicated transition lists. The sidebar's unprefixed --cui-backdrop-*
tokens, which the root ones would have shadowed, are
--cui-sidebar-backdrop-*. Defaults render identically.

* chore(bundlewatch): raise the reboot and utilities minified budgets

The three --cui-backdrop-* root tokens land in every entry point that
carries :root, which pushed coreui-reboot.min.css to exactly its 5.75 kB
ceiling and coreui-utilities.min.css 50 bytes past 18.75 kB. Raised to
6 kB and 19 kB; size work is scheduled for the end of v6.
