refactor(DatePicker): include the time-picker token map instead of copying it (#1123)

The time-picker body inside a date picker redeclared fifteen
--cui-time-picker-* tokens by hand from the time-picker's Sass
variables, a copy that had to be kept in step with the map in
_time-picker.scss. It includes $time-picker-tokens now, so the map is
the only place a time-picker token is defined; the three footer tokens
the map also carries come along, unused there. The unused sass:math
import goes.
