fix(InputGroup, RangeSlider): round the sibling after an ignored addon, drop a dead border (#1121)

The rule that rounds the element after a leading .input-group-ignore
never won: the rule zeroing every non-first child chained seven :not()
selectors (specificity 0,9,0) against its 0,4,0. The exclusions are one
:not() list now, as upstream writes it, and the rounded corner reads
--cui-btn-input-border-radius, the shared field/button radius on :root,
so a .btn after the addon is rounded too. The range-slider thumb wrote
border twice, the first from a form-range variable; the dead
declaration and the import that carried it are gone.
