fix(root, themes): follow the colour scheme in the focus border and the bootstrap fg ladder (#1120)

--cui-btn-input-focus-border-color mixed the primary colour with white
in both schemes, a leftover of v5's tint-color(), so in the dark scheme
the focus border was a pastel lighter than the field around it; it
mixes with --cui-bg-body now, identical in light and darkening with the
page in dark. The bootstrap theme computed its fg-1..4 rungs as rgba()
at build time; they mix the gray tokens at the same percentages in the
browser, same colours, retunable at runtime.
