refactor(typography)!: drop .lead and .display-* for the type scale (#1116)

Both were a fixed size and weight compiled next to a type scale that
already carries those sizes: .display-4 is .fs-6xl, .display-5 is
.fs-5xl and .lead is .fs-lg, with .fw-light for the weight. Upstream v6
removed them the same way. content/_type.scss goes with them, the
typography page composes the same look from utilities, the jumbotron
example follows, the migration guide gets the Breaking entry and the
class API records the removals.
