refactor(Calendar, Nav): read the radius scale instead of Sass radius values (#1115)

The calendar rounded its cells with $border-radius written into 15
rules and its nav button from the same Sass value, the only component
whose radius could not be retuned in the browser; the cells read a new
--cui-calendar-cell-border-radius token (radius-4, the same .375rem)
and the nav button token reads radius-4. .nav-enclosed took
$border-radius-lg and the pill variant $border-radius-pill as Sass
values; they read radius-5 and radius-pill. Rendering unchanged.
