docs(pagination): announce the current page on the link, not the list item (#1038)

`aria-current="page"` sat on `.page-item` even when the page number was an
anchor, so a screen reader announced the state on the list item while the user
focus landed on the link inside it. It moves to the anchor where there is one;
the `<span>` examples keep it on the item, and a sentence says why.
