feat(figures)!: the figure is an inline flex column with a gap token (#964)

.figure lays its image and caption out as an inline flex column spaced
by --cui-figure-gap (knob $figure-gap, the same .5rem), replacing
.figure-img's bottom margin and line-height: 1 — a flex item forms no
line box, so neither is needed. inline-flex rather than flex keeps the
figure shrinking to its image, so captions (including .text-end) align
exactly as before — the docs examples render byte-identically in the
before/after screenshots. $figure-img-margin-bottom and its token are
gone; migration notes the swap and that an <img> without dimensions can
now stretch to a wider caption.
