docs: close the bundler guides with the server address, not a missing screenshot (#925)

The Vite, Webpack and Parcel guides all ended on "your local
development server should now look like this." with nothing after the
sentence — the screenshot it referred to was never there. Each closing
now states the address the guide's own config serves (8080 for Vite and
Webpack, Parcel's default 1234) and folds in the follow-up sentence.
The Laravel guide got the same fix in #922.
