docs: add an npm guide (#924)

The Guides section covered every bundler but not the path without one:
compile Sass with the sass CLI, prefix with PostCSS, serve statically,
and load the pre-built JS bundle straight from node_modules. That is
the simplest source-Sass setup we offer, so it opens the section.

One step exists here that no other guide needs: a browserslist entry
mirroring our floors. Without it Autoprefixer follows its own defaults,
which track newer browsers than we support — the compiled CSS came out
with zero -webkit-backdrop-filter, so translucent dialogs and drawers
would lose their blur on Safari below 18. With the floors declared the
output carries the same 48 prefixed declarations our own dist build
does.

Every snippet was executed before it was written down, against the v6
source: the token-override example compiles and lands in the output
(--cui-alert-padding-x: 2rem et al.), and the pipeline produces the
prefixed stylesheet end to end.
