docs: add a Django guide (#923)

Django was the one major server-rendered framework the Guides section
did not cover, and it is the easy case: the data attributes and plugins
attach to plain server-rendered HTML with no wrapper involved, so the
whole guide is the asset pipeline. The page opens with the no-Node path
(compiled files under static/) and then sets up the source pipeline —
an own Sass entry compiled by Vite, wired to templates with django-vite.

Every snippet was executed before it was written down: a project was
scaffolded from the guide's commands and both serving modes were
checked over HTTP — the built manifest emits the hashed link and script
tags and Django serves both, and dev mode hands the entry to the Vite
dev server with the HMR client attached.
