docs: bring the Laravel guide up to the current Laravel skeleton (#922)

The guide was written against the Laravel 9/10 skeleton and three of its
instructions no longer match what a fresh project contains. Today's
skeleton ships Tailwind CSS 4 by default: vite.config.js carries a
@tailwindcss/vite plugin and a server.watch block the guide's diff did
not show, and resources/css/app.css is the Tailwind entry point — so
"remove app.css" silently left the Tailwind packages behind. The
welcome view also already loads Vite assets, so the step that added an
@vite directive would have produced a second one; the real edit is
changing the stylesheet path in the existing directive. The vite diff
also removed an input line that never existed (app.scss for app.css).

The setup now removes Tailwind explicitly, the diffs mirror the real
files, and the run section points at composer run dev for development.
Also fixes the prose: a typo'd sentence, a dangling "should now look
like this" with no screenshot after it, and trailing whitespace in a
command.
