* docs: document TypeScript support and the JS component list

The JavaScript page never said the plugins are written in TypeScript and
ship their own declarations, leaving TS users to look for a @types
package that does not exist. It also gave no answer to the first
question the page invites — which components need the JS at all, and
which additionally need Floating UI.

Two new sections: "JS components" lists every behavior the plugins add,
marking the three spots that require Floating UI (Menu with Dropdown,
Tooltip with Popover and Rating, Combobox) and noting it is the only
third-party runtime, a peerDependency installed just for those.
"TypeScript" shows a typed getOrCreateInstance call and points at the
per-plugin d.ts files; it says "some" plugins export their config type,
because today 10 of 44 do.

* docs: point the intro at the JS component list instead of carrying a stale copy

The introduction kept its own "components requiring JavaScript" list
from v5: accordions "extending our Collapse plugin" (the v6 accordion
stands on <details>), dropdowns and modals but no Menu, Dialog or
Drawer. Two lists describing the same fact drift apart — the intro now
links to the JavaScript page's list instead of duplicating it.

The "as a module" link also pointed at #using-coreui-as-a-module while
the heading slugs to #using-coreui-for-bootstrap-as-a-module; the link
checker does not verify anchors, so it passed builds while landing
readers at the top of the page.
