chore: raise the Firefox floor to 130 for exclusive accordions (#917)

Exclusive accordions group their panels off `details.name`, which Firefox
only exposes from 130 — below that it reads back undefined, `_hideSiblings`
returns early and every panel in the group can stand open at once. The
declared floor said 129, so that case sat one version outside what we
claimed to support.

130 followed 129 by four weeks, so the range gives up almost nothing:
`browserslist --coverage` moves from 88.92% to 88.88%. Autoprefixer emits
byte-identical output either way.

Also refreshes the coverage figure on the browsers & devices page, which
still read 86%, and records what breaks below each version rather than
only which feature sets it.
