docs: merge Download and Contents into Install, gather the guides in one section (#920)

Getting started carried ten entries, three of which answered the same
question — how do I get the library — and three more that were not about
getting started at all. Now it has six: Introduction, Install,
Browsers & devices, JavaScript, Accessibility, RTL.

The new Install page takes over everything Download and Contents held:
package managers, CDN snippets, both download flavours, and the contents
listing as a "What's included" section. It closes with a pointer at the
machine-readable docs for AI tools. The old URLs redirect to it.

The Integration guides section becomes Guides and collects the pages
that document a build setup rather than the library itself: Webpack,
Parcel, Vite, Laravel — and Build tools, which until now was reachable
only through two body links, sat in no sidebar section at all. Old URLs
redirect; internal links point at the final addresses instead of
leaning on the redirects.
