* feat(menu): give the menu its own split-toggle class

The menu page taught `.menu-toggle-split`, which nothing styled: the split
toggle kept full button padding, and because the trigger carries no class of
its own, the button-group corner reset did not skip it either — the toggle
rendered with a square right edge next to the menu it opens.

`.menu-toggle-split` now sets the same narrowed padding as its dropdown
counterpart, and a button followed by a `.menu` keeps its end radius. Naming
the class after `dropdown` instead would have carried the pre-rename
vocabulary onto the menu page.

* docs(menu): name the split-toggle class in prose

* docs(menu): show a glyph in the split toggle
