* docs(components): use the class names the stylesheet actually emits

Five examples and two bullets named classes the build does not produce, so
each one rendered unstyled while looking correct in the source.

- `.menu-toggle-split` on both split-button demos: the class we emit is
  `.dropdown-toggle-split`, so the split toggle had no padding of its own.
- `lg:flex-row` on the placement demo: our responsive utilities use an infix,
  `.flex-lg-row`, so the two buttons never went side by side.
- `.navbar-light` in both scrollspy examples and their code blocks: the class
  is gone, and the navbar page already calls it deprecated.
- `.border-body` on two navbar examples: not emitted, so the declaration was
  dropped and the border fell back to the default color the bare
  `.border-bottom` already gives.
- The navbar bullet pointed at `.navbar-scroll`; the class is
  `.navbar-nav-scroll`, which the same page uses correctly further down.

Also replaces the two release-note callouts about `.navbar-light` and
`.navbar-dark` with the guidance that outlives them: reach for
`data-coreui-theme="dark"`, because it sets a color mode for the navbar's
contents rather than only recoloring the bar.

* docs(menu): keep the menu-namespaced split-toggle class
