docs: describe the colors, imports and section names v6 actually ships (#870)

The opacity utilities documented a mechanism the build no longer emits. Pages
showed `rgba(var(--cui-<color>-rgb), var(--cui-<x>-opacity))`, but v6 emits zero
`-rgb` tokens, so every one of those overrides resolves to nothing and the
property falls back to its initial value. Text, background and border now
document the pair they really declare — a color token plus an opacity token,
composed with `color-mix()` — which also exposes `--cui-text`, `--cui-bg` and
`--cui-border` as knobs for repainting a utility, not just fading it.

The color page dropped its `-rgb` twin for 15 tokens and gained a description of
what the palette is for: surface colors against tinted theme variants. It no
longer promises that the secondary/tertiary naming overlap will be resolved in
v6, and instead says which name does which job.

Sass prose that still offered `@import` as an option now states it does not
resolve, and the optimize page names `@forward`, matching the block it quotes.

Eleven pages carried the customizing section under a different name (`## CSS`,
`## Customization`, `## Customization options`, `## Customize`), so a reader
scanning for it found something else on every fourth page. All of them now read
`## Customizing` -> `### CSS variables` -> `### SASS variables`, and Menu's
section moved from the middle of the page to the end, where the convention puts
it.

Three internal links were dead: two on a doubled slash, one on the `navs-tabs`
slug that v6 split into `nav` and `tab`.
