* fix(Lists): declare the gap between inline list items

The space between `.list-inline-item`s was compiled into the rule, so respacing
an inline list meant rebuilding from Sass — the last value in `scss/content/`
without a token behind it after the figure gap.

`.list-inline` declares `--cui-list-inline-padding` and the item reads it. The
token sits on the list rather than the item because spacing a row is one
decision, not one per item. Same `.5rem`; setting `3rem` on the list takes the
item from 8px to 48px.

* feat(FloatingLabels): let the label come before the control

A floating label only reacted to its control through the sibling combinator, so
the control had to come first in the DOM and a screen reader read the field's
value before the name of the field. Measured on the pre-change build: a
`<label>` written first never floated at all — the label stayed over the text.

Every state now matches in both directions, forward from the label with `:has()`
and backward from the control with `~`, so the label can sit either side. The v5
order renders identically — measured at the same pixel for the resting, floated
and textarea cases — and the docs examples switch to label-first.

The label is also a centred flex box now, with `label:has(~ textarea)` anchoring
it to the start, which is what keeps it in place however tall a textarea grows.
