fix(Range): let a theme win, and give the label's padding a reader (#868)

`--cui-range-thumb-bg` carried the `--cui-theme-*` slot inside its own default
rather than on the property that reads it, which inverts the precedence the rest
of the library follows: setting the token inside a themed container dropped the
theme. Rendered a red thumb where a `.theme-success` range now renders a green
one, and the unthemed thumb is unchanged.

`--cui-range-slider-label-padding-x` and `-y` were declared on `.range-slider`
and read by nothing, so the knob was documented and inert. `.range-slider-label`
reads them. Both default to `0`, so no label moves; setting the x to 1rem now
gives 16px where it used to give 0.
