* refactor(scss)!: drop the compatibility shims and the @import layer

v6 moved every partial into the directory named after the cascade layer it emits
into, and left a `@forward` shim behind at each old path plus an `*.import.scss`
twin so `@import` still reached it. That was 102 files whose only job was to make
a pre-v6 path resolve, and keeping them meant every rename shipped with a
permanent second name.

Gone: 15 path shims (`scss/_images.scss`, `scss/_tables.scss`, `scss/_buttons.scss`
and the rest), and all 87 `*.import.scss` files. `@import` of anything under
`scss/` no longer resolves — `@use` is the only way in, which is where Sass is
going anyway.

Two shims stay for now: `scss/_variables.scss` and `scss/mixins/_breakpoints.scss`.
@coreui/astro-docs reads both paths, and reads them in v5 too, where the files are
real — so removing them here breaks the docs build until the engine can name the
path per edition.

`scss/mixins/_grid.scss` and `scss/forms/index.scss` were still loading siblings
through the shims; they point at the real modules now. The compiled CSS is
byte-identical across all four entry points.

Docs: the Sass, utilities API, color, Webpack, Vite, Parcel and Laravel pages
documented the `@import` method side by side with `@use`. The `@import` half is
removed and the `@use` half now uses the real paths. The utilities API page gains
the one-file / two-files split, because a module is configured once at load time
and any change that reads a default has to sit in a partial loaded first — every
example on the page compiles against this tree.

Two examples on the color page referenced `$blues`, `$yellow-300` and friends,
which v6 removed when the color scales became runtime `color-mix()` tokens. They
build from `$colors` and `$theme-colors` now.
