feat(Pagination)!: size a page link from the shared control scale (#859)

* feat(Pagination)!: size a page link from the shared control scale

Pagination carried its own padding values while every other control reads
`--cui-btn-input-*`, and the two scales had drifted: `.pagination-lg` measured
56px against a `.btn-lg` and a `.form-control-lg` of 48. The tokens read the
shared scale now, `.page-link` is a centred flex box with
`--cui-pagination-min-height`, and all three sizes match — base 38, small 31,
large 48. `pagination-size()` is gone; sizes come from a loop over
`$pagination-sizes`.

`:focus-visible` read `--cui-pagination-focus-color` and `-focus-bg` with no
theme slot, so tabbing to a link inside `.theme-success` dropped it to the plain
link colour while hover, active and rest all followed the theme. Both reads take
the slot now.

The overlap between links was `$pagination-margin-start`, a Sass value, so a
border width changed at runtime moved the borders apart and left a double line.
It is `calc(-1 * var(--cui-pagination-border-width))`. The Sass conditional that
compared that variable against its own default expression goes with it.

Removes `// Todo in v6: remove this?`, which sat inside the documented Sass
block and rendered on the live Pagination page, and gives
`--cui-pagination-font-size` the interpolation every other map entry had.

Raises the two `coreui*.css` bundlewatch ceilings: the min build came out 30
bytes over, and `coreui.css` had 0.1 kB of headroom left, so the next PR would
have tripped it regardless of what it changed.

* refactor(Pagination): make $pagination-sizes an overridable map

A plain `!default` list can only be replaced wholesale. Through `defaults()`
an override merges, so `@use ... with()` can add a size or drop one by setting
its key to `null` — the same shape $alert-variants and $badge-variants already
use, and the block the docs can cite.
