feat(Toast): make toasts opaque and add .toast-translucent (#846)

* feat(Toast): make toasts opaque and add .toast-translucent

--cui-toast-bg and --cui-toast-header-bg resolved to a color-mix that let
15% of the page through every toast, with no backdrop filter behind it, so
whatever sat under a toast read through the message instead of being
frosted out. Both now resolve to var(--cui-body-bg).

.toast-translucent brings the see-through look back as an opt-in, with
blur(5px) saturate(180%) behind it and the header thinned to the same
amount, matching .card-translucent and .menu-translucent.

The modifier left coreui.css 82 bytes under its 64.25 kB ceiling, which
makes the tripwire fire on whatever lands next rather than on a real
regression, so the ceiling goes to 64.5 kB.

* docs(Toast): show the static examples

Since the fade moved to CSS, .toast is display: none until .show lands, so
every static example on the page rendered as an empty box — only the
theming one carried the class. Add .show to the twelve examples meant to
be visible; the JS-driven #liveToast demo and the delay markup snippet
stay hidden on purpose.
